Introducing: Rototo

We are pleased to welcome legendary sock and knitwear manufacturer ROTOTO to James Dant this week. Based in the Nara Prefecture of Japan, craftsmen and women of Rototo produce some of the highest quality and lasting knit pieces in the world.

Our first batch of Rototo is based in classic springtime traditions with a pastel color pallet and mid-weight knits which bridge the gap from the cold and wet into warmer weather.

A Small, Good Thing

We offer a lot of heavy hitters here at James Dant - between Iron Heart’s denim, Shangri-La’s leathers, and Dehen’s knits there is a lot to take in. But Rototo’s tagline perfectly sums up their product - a small, good thing. Something that’s consistently pleasant to own and wear over the years that doesn’t need to be a big deal every time it gets broken out of the closet.
