As much as we love the Supply Jacket, a modified Type II is always going to hold a special place in our hearts. This is the one we wait for in new fabrics like little kids eagerly anticipating Christmas morning. This fabric was too much to fit in the title. Not only is it a Nihon Menpu neppy indigo denim...not only is it left-hand-twill...not only is it a cotton-linen blend...but it's hit with one rinse to soften all of that up. Left-hand-twill is known to break in quickly anyways, but you won't need to worry about that because these have had all the starch removed. They have the ever-coveted handwarmer pockets, that let's be honest should have been on Type II's all along. One of the features we noticed right away is the patina on the buttons from getting tossed around during the wash process. These things are a Holiday surprise, and we couldn't be happier to have them.
